Hafif and Baron met over 15 years ago when their paths crossed as opposing attorneys on a hotly contested employment case where millions of dollars were at stake. They battled the case out for several years, until the case reached a settlement. After the case concluded, Hafif and Baron maintained a professional relationship over the years, referring and consulting with each other on various cases.
